Gourmet Chicken Breasts:  Any flavor but our most popular are Port Wine, Herb and Garlic or Thai Coconut or Mild Tandoori with Greek Yoghurt. Cook for 35 mins until crispy and golden.

Thighs: Great for grilling or frying. Can also be used for chicken schnitzel.

Tenders:  These are great for kebabs, curries or stir fry

Breasts: All round meat. Great marinated in lemon juice and cracked pepper or served with a white wine and basil sauce. Endless number of ideas for cooking these.

Mince: An alternative to beef mince. Can be used in a Bolognese, burgers or meatballs.

Stuffed Whole Rolled Boneless Chicken: Try our apricot and macadamia nut or greek feta and olive. Bake for approx ¾ - 1 hour until cooked. Slice and serve with veges and potatoes. Serves up to 6 people.

Whole Birds: We have Size 12, 14, 18 and 20’s. This means the weight of the bird so a Size 20 = 2.0 kgs.
